Yesterday I played in the dinky 11$ multi at PacificPoker.com. I held the chip lead with 22 players left (Out of 225). Needless to say, I was dissappointed to finish 9th. I'd made a move with a weakish hand after a player had limped in and lost half my chips, and then in the sb, went all-in first in w/ 10-7 off and lost to the bb who just happened to have AK, lol.
Today, while reviewing my football lines and making bets, I decided to enter the tournament again. Don't make the same mistake today, I thought to myself. Well, I didn't, and I won the whole cotton-picken' thing! 780$ for my 11$. Yes, I had to play well to win, but I'm not going to relate any hands, I just wanted to exult and boast of my victory, lol.
I know that my poker EV is greater than my football betting, but I went 10-3-1 on my football plays last week, so it's been an ace week, all the way around.
Anyway, is anyone going to deposite at CheckN'Raise when they open Saturday?
